In mid-2000s when digital health was becoming a thing, Ling was interested in how digital health and technology could help seniors. From there — she ended up leading the vendor strategy work across all demographics, which was the predecersor for Kaiser’s digital health strategy.

Ling discusses how Kaiser Permanente as come together as a large organisation and moved extremely quickly during the COVID-19. Things that took 3 months are taking days to initiate.
